Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it simple and only collect what we need.

1. Who we are

This website, digitalmorse.com, is run by Digital Morse LTD ("Digital Morse", "we", "us" or "our"), a digital marketing agency registered in the United Kingdom. Our office address is Office 1699, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom.

We are the "controller" of the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions about how we use your information, contact us at [email protected].

2. The information we collect

We only collect the information we need. Depending on how you use our website, this may include:

  • Contact form details: your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, website, company size, the services you are interested in, how you heard about us and the message you write.
  • Technical details sent with the form: the page you sent the form from and the date and time it was sent.
  • Emails and WhatsApp messages: anything you choose to share when you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting server records your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit in its security logs.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and we do not ask for sensitive information such as health data. Please do not include sensitive details in your messages.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and send you the free proposal or information you asked for.
  • To arrange and hold strategy calls and meetings.
  • To provide our services if you become a client, including reporting and account management.
  • To keep our website secure and protect it from spam and misuse.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We will not send you marketing newsletters unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Our legal basis for using your information

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries you send us and to keep our website secure.
  • Contract: when we need your information to prepare a proposal for you or to deliver services you have agreed to buy.
  • Legal obligation: when we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.
  • Consent: for any optional marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share your information with

We never sell your personal data. We only share it when necessary with:

  • Our website hosting and email providers, who store our website and deliver the emails sent from our contact form.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp. Their own privacy policy applies to that service.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where needed.
  • Authorities, if we are legally required to do so.

Our website also loads its font from Google Fonts and the phone number field from the jsDelivr network. When your browser loads these files, those providers receive your IP address so they can deliver them. See our Cookie Policy for more details.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers may store data outside the UK. When this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

7. How long we keep your information

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: normally deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
  • Client records: kept for as long as we work together and then for up to 6 years for legal and accounting reasons.
  • Server security logs: kept for a short period by our hosting provider, normally no longer than 90 days.

8. How we protect your information

We use secure (HTTPS) connections, spam protection on our forms and restricted access to our email and systems. No website can be 100% secure, but we take sensible steps to keep your data safe.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to or ask us to restrict how we use your information;
  • ask us to transfer your information to another organisation;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month. There is normally no charge.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
